The Equestrian Riding Club at Kansas State University is a riding club for Undergraduate, Graduate, Veterinarian students and KSU Alumni.
We are family, here at The Stables at Brush Creek, 2UW Brush Creek Ranch and we are dedicated to assist one another in building a strong and accomplished team. We develop horse management skills, sportsmanship and athleticism.
The Kansas State Equestrian Team started out as a club sport in 1999 with Teresa Slough as the sole coach. Varsity competition, the team will earn one point for each rider who defeats her opponent on the same horse. Intercollegiate Horse Show Association Equestrian Team gives the opportunity for collegiate riders of all levels to grow in their riding ability and show.
Kansas State University Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) Equestrian Team is a student organization that provides an opportunity for full-time dedicated students to be able to ride and compete while attending Kansas State University. Under the training of Ashley Duda out of Hunter Hill Farm students of all riding experience will be able to develop their horsemanship skills, including horse management, knowledge, and athleticism.
